Eye on Ivy is delighted to announce that Muhammad Rafay Omar, one of our profile builders at Acton Academy, has won the award for being the “Overall Best Honorable Mention” at the Youth International Conclave Model United Nations! The YICMUN 2020 is an interactive, interdisciplinary simulation which places students in the role of official United Nations delegates. Participants research a country, take on roles as diplomats, investigate international issues, debate, deliberate, consult, and then develop solutions to world problems. Rafay was representing Jordan. We congratulate him for his accomplishment on the world stage.
