Eye on Ivy is honored to bring International Academic Competitions (IAC) to Pakistan. IAC is a consortium of competitions for primary and secondary students operating in over 60 countries around the world. IAC’s mission is to reward academic excellence by bringing innovative, stimulating, fair, and relevant competition opportunities to students. Academic competitions have a unique role to play in the education of students by encouraging them to explore new areas of knowledge while rewarding achievement inside the classroom. Academic competitions can help students gain confidence, make new friends, strengthen long-term memory knowledge, help students with university admissions, and most of all, ignite a passion for lifelong learning. IAC would love nothing more than to give all children around the world rewarding academic competition opportunities in which they can take part.
IAC provides team and individual competitions in history, geography, science, the humanities, and more for students of all ages: from elementary school through high school. Events are held in the United States, Asia, Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Africa and other areas across the globe.
Over 50,000 students and 2,000 schools from over 60 nations around the world have competed in IAC competitions.
In order to compete in any IAC competition, you must be 19 years or younger at the time of the Regional Competition. You must also be enrolled in a primary or secondary school at the time of your Regional Tournament (or have graduated within the past two months, and not yet have started university studies). There is no limit on types of schools – local, international, public, private, religious, and schools abroad following a home country curriculum are all welcome. Students compete in their own division based on their birthdays.
