Our work focuses on the three intertwined areas of (i) college admissions for both undergraduates and graduates, (ii) profile-building with a focus on 9th to 11th Graders and (iii) access to international competitions to build your profile for college admissions. Admission Officer
An Admission officer is a professional responsible for guiding and assisting prospective students through the college or university admission process. You serve as the first point of contact for students and provide them with information and guidance to help them make informed decisions about their educational and career goals.

Job Responsibilities

The job description of an Admission officer may include the following:
1. Student Advisement: Provide personalized guidance to prospective students regarding the admission process, academic programs, and career prospects. Assess their interests, goals, and qualifications to help them choose the right program and college.
2. Admissions Processing: Review and evaluate applications for admission, including transcripts, test scores, and other supporting documents. Verify eligibility requirements and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
3. Recruitment and Outreach: Represent the college or university at recruitment events, such as college fairs, high school visits, and other community events. Build relationships with prospective students, families, and high school counselors to promote the institution and increase enrollment.
4. Counseling and Support: Provide emotional support and guidance to prospective students and their families during the admission process. Address concerns or questions related to academic programs, financial aid, scholarships, and other admission-related matters.
5. Enrollment Management: Collaborate with other departments, such as financial aid, registrar's office, and academic advisors, to ensure a smooth transition from admission to enrollment. Assist in managing enrollment goals and targets, and provide input on strategies to increase enrollment and meet institutional objectives.
6. Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospective students, applications, and communication activities. Generate reports and analyze data to track admission trends and outcomes, and make recommendations for improvement.
7. Admissions Events and Programs: Plan, organize, and execute admissions events and programs, such as open houses, information sessions, and campus tours. Coordinate logistics, invite participants, and deliver presentations to prospective students and their families.
8. Stay Updated with Policies and Regulations: Stay informed about changes in admission policies, regulations, and best practices in the field. Attend professional development workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
9. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other admission counselors, faculty, and staff to develop and implement recruitment strategies, marketing materials, and admission initiatives. Provide feedback and support to colleagues and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
10. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families, ensuring a positive experience throughout the admission process. Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.

Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor or Master’s degree from ONLY the following institutions: Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Brown, Dartmouth, Columbia, Cornell, University of Pennsylvania, MIT, Stanford, Oxford or Cambridge. Applicants from other universities will not be entertained for this position.

Desirable Qualifications
• Experience in college counseling or college admissions internationally.
