Shaping the Future of Healthcare, Medical Education and Leadership in Pakistan
Saturday, 7 November 2026 | Pearl Continental Hotel, Lahore
Hosted by Eye on Ivy × Medology Global
Eye on Ivy is proud to announce the inaugural Future Doctors Conference Pakistan 2026, a national gathering designed to bring together aspiring doctors, parents, medical educators, healthcare leaders, universities, hospitals, and organisations shaping the future of medicine in Pakistan.

Taking place on Saturday, 7 November 2026, at the Pearl Continental Hotel, Lahore, the conference will explore one of the most important questions facing the next generation of healthcare professionals:
What will it take to become the doctor Pakistan needs in the future?
Healthcare is changing rapidly. Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, digital health, precision medicine, robotics, medical research, and global healthcare mobility are transforming the profession. Future doctors will need more than academic excellence—they will need leadership, adaptability, ethical judgment, compassion, technological literacy, and a commitment to service.
The Future Doctors Conference has been created to give students an opportunity to hear directly from some of Pakistan’s most respected medical educators, physicians, healthcare leaders, and institutional heads.
A Distinguished Gathering of Healthcare Leaders
The conference will feature senior representatives from Pakistan’s leading medical institutions, including:
• Prof. Dr. Mahmood Ayyaz, Vice Chancellor, King Edward Medical University
• Prof. Dr. Khalid Masood Gondal, Vice Chancellor, Fatima Jinnah Medical University
• Prof. Dr. M. Zahid Bashir, Principal, Shalamar Medical & Dental College
• Dr. Javaid Asghar, Founder & Former CEO, Lahore Medical & Dental College

The conference will be honoured by Prof. Dr. Rashid Latif Khan, Sitara-e-Imtiaz, as Chief Guest. A pioneering figure in reproductive medicine and medical education, Professor Dr. Rashid Latif Khan introduced IVF technology in Pakistan and delivered Pakistan’s first IVF baby. His presence reflects the conference’s commitment to bringing students into direct contact with individuals who have helped shape the country’s medical landscape.
